1. Introduction
Mengel Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PulseHub platform at pulsehub.studio (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you register: name, email address, organization name and role, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full payment card details).
2.2 Platform Usage Data
We automatically collect features and dashboards accessed, session duration, click interactions, API call metadata, and device/browser information.
2.3 Connected Source Data
PulseHub aggregates metrics and operational data from applications and systems you connect to the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service and do not use it for our own purposes.
2.4 Communications
We retain records of support and other communications you send to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Authenticate users and maintain session security
- Send transactional communications
- Monitor for misuse or Terms of Service violations
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising and we do not sell personal information.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with:
- Service providers: Microsoft Azure, Stripe, and other vendors bound by data processing agreements.
- Your organization administrators: Administrators may view usage activity and access logs.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.
5. Connected Source Data
When you connect third-party applications to PulseHub, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization. We act as a data processor with respect to any personal data in your connected source data.
6. Data Security
We implement TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and Microsoft Application Insights monitoring.
7. Data Retention
Account and billing data: retained for subscription duration plus 90 days. Usage logs: 12 months. Connected source data cached by PulseHub is deleted upon account termination.
8. Your Rights
8.1 All Users
You may access or update account information through platform settings and request deletion by contacting privacy@pulsehub.studio.
8.2 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to Know, Delete, and Opt-Out of Sale (we don't sell personal information). Email privacy@pulsehub.studio with "CCPA Request" in the subject. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for enterprise users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Third-Party Integrations
PulseHub integrates with third-party applications you choose to connect. Each third party has its own privacy practices; we are not responsible for their data practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
