How to request deletion
You can delete your PulseHub account yourself, in the app or on the web. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the PulseHub mobile app (iOS and Android)
- Open PulseHub and sign in.
- Go to More, then Account & Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
On the web
- Sign in at pulsehub.studio.
- Open Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Cannot sign in, or prefer to ask us?
Email info@pulsehub.studio with the subject "Account deletion request", sent from the email address registered to your PulseHub account so we can match the request to your account.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, we erase:
- Your PulseHub login and account profile (name, email address and sign-in details).
- Your membership of your workspace and the invitations you sent. If you are the only member of your workspace, the workspace's settings and its business content (such as CRM and revenue records) are erased too.
- Data PulseHub cached from the third-party applications you connected, and the stored connection credentials for them.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device, which end when the deletion runs.
An active subscription we bill through Stripe or PayPal is cancelled as part of the deletion so it stops renewing. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account: manage it in your store account.
Data that is kept
- Billing and subscription records are kept without the link to your account (your account ID is replaced); amounts and dates remain. We keep them because tax and accounting obligations require a transaction record. Our payment processors also keep their own records under their own policies.
- Usage logs are retained for 12 months, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
- Security and audit logs are kept with your account identifiers (user ID, name and email) removed.
- If other people still use your workspace, the workspace itself and its shared content stay for them; only your own membership and profile are removed.
Retention periods
Our Privacy Policy (Data Retention) states that account and billing data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days and usage logs for 12 months. The Privacy Policy also states that connected source data cached by PulseHub is deleted upon account termination. These periods apply only to the records listed under "Data that is kept": your login, profile and app data are erased when the deletion runs. Billing records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained for as long as those obligations require. For details on a specific record or on backups, contact info@pulsehub.studio.
If the app reports that a deletion failed, try again or contact us at the address above.
